Not used company before but very pleased with the service provided. They answered all my questions and online chat very helpful with regard to particular needs of collection. WebThe communication (or lack of it) with the courier after we'd completed the Shiply phase was appalling. Shiply was great service to find a courier in a different part of the country. It was quick and easy to use. I'll be more careful about my choice of courier in future though. Date of experience: January 23, 2016.
