Known as anhedonia, this feeling can cause people to lose interest in activities they used to enjoy. WebDoing nothing for healthy amounts of time is self care. It’s rest. Unless it is affecting your ability to complete important tasks or take care of yourself, then let yourself enjoy that time. My therapist and I agreed that I need to have at least a half day to a full day to myself each week, just to rest and recharge.
