WebFigured it out. On PC: - Toggle cloud saves off and quit GOG. - Launch GOG and toggle cloud saves on. On GFN: - Launch cyberpunk and it will automatically ask which save file is the most recent. - Choose GFN. Back to PC: - Toggle cloud saves off and quit GOG. WebSaves get synced to steam cloud after you exit the game. That’s why GFN waits a bit before shutting down the stream. If the stream crashes, no sync. But the saves should be still on GFN server if you reconnect right away. Maybe you really got connected to other server location and that caused the problem.
