WebUE5 was crashing on me every time I opened it as it started to compile the shaders. The fix for me was to do a clean install of the GPU drivers. Restart computer, and Unreal should be working fine. I had the same problem and tried reinstalling drivers, fixing .dll files, reinstalling everything. Nothing helped.
